Remote Learning Week 3

Hope you all had a good Easter break and enjoyed the gorgeous weather we have been having.

Please feel free to dip in and out of the activities as appropriate. The SATS style booklet can be accessed as and when and can be worked on in addition to or instead of the other maths activities.

I have put the maths learning in chronological order and included the answers where applicable.

Maths, English & Topic: Please choose 1 activity per day.

Each week I will be putting activities on this page. There will be roughly 5 pieces of maths and English and 3 pieces of topic work. I will also put on reading comprehension activities too.

Maths: For those of us who are interested in football and support a team (Man City) the following link takes you to an array of activities. This is linked to the Premier League footballers and hass a variety of problems and reasoning type activities.

The BBC Bitesize daily lessons are also useful for many English, Maths, Science and History tasks.

Have a good week!

English/ Topic: Use the prose to work out how you would change it into a playscript. Then check against the playscript example from the prose. The Shakespeare fact file includes word searches, puzzles and crosswords.

Literacy Counts have opened up their training hub and offered downloadable resources along with a video of story times. Follow the link:
