High Legh Primary School is a small village school located on the outskirts of Knutsford, Cheshire. Currently we have 156 pupils, and for the first time, this year we are a one form entry school. Our intake is 25 per year group, so we benefit from small classes.
At High Legh, we pride ourselves in offering a wide and diverse curriculum. Whilst we follow the National Curriculum, class teachers are creative and enthusiasic in the opportunities in which they teach.
Our children consistently achieve higher than National Expections. As a school, we are very proud of their academic and personal achievements. Our results from 2017 put us as the top primary school in Cheshire East for Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar and th top primary school in Knutsford. See our achievement page for more details.
