We will be continuing with our
TRAVEL and TRANSPORT topic
this half term.
We will share the exciting story of 'The Polar Express'.
The Engine Driver came and took us on our own Polar Express journey. We drank hot chocolate, travelled through the deep dark forest and over the snowy mountains. We were each given the first gift of Christmas.
Back in the classroom we worked in small groups to make our journey in a box.
We will learn about the importance of Remembrance Sunday and make our own poppy.
We will travel around the world - discovering the 7 continents and learning about their culture.
