we are taught by Mrs Price.
I have been at the school for a long time now and really enjoy teaching year 6. I have 2 children of my own in Year 6 and Year 11.
I enjoy reading, particularly Jack Reacher books by Lee Child, however I really like a lot of children's fiction that is available. I also really enjoy any physical activity and can often be found at the side of a hockey pitch at the weekends.
I currently lead KS2 and assessment and also some of my favourite subjects; Computing, Writing, Reading (with Mrs Tottle) and PE.
Introduction
All the information regarding our topic, timetables and support can be found on our topic page.
All homework is given out on a Friday and is due in on a Monday. This will be written by the children in their home school diaries.
Please try to keep up to date with what is happening in our class, as we do get very busy!
If you have any questions, please make contact, either by email
deputy@highlegh.cheshire.sch.uk
or by phoning the school office to make an appointment.
Our PE sessions will be on a Wednesday and Thursday this half term. On a Wednesday we will have Cheshire Cricket to take our sessions, and Thursdays we will be going to Budworth Lake to learn how to sail toppers. This will last for 6 weeks.
Y6 have had an amazing day at Budworth Lake. The sun was shining and the wind was light. We all managed to sail around 2 bouys and not that many of us were that wet... until we jumped in!!
