ENGLISH:
We will continue with activities from the Sayeeda the pirate princess story!
Monday: Reread the story to refresh you memory. Complete the diary writing activity on p11 and p12 putting in the correct punctuation.
Tuesday: Pirate hat instructions - you will need a sheet of newspaper to make your own pirate hat! Read and follow the instructions carefully. Can you spot the features of an instruction text? Look for and put a circle around the numbered instructions, time words (first, next, then) and the bossy verbs that tell you what to do.
Wednesday: Story time on p14
Thursday: What's in Fergus's treasure box? on p15. Complete the riddles on p16.
Friday: Message in a bottle p17
There is a treasure map activity on p18
