Our new enquiry questions is...
How we the digestive and circulatory systems work to keep humans healthy?
During this topic, we will be learning all about the digestive system and our teeth.
As scientists we will:
- describe the simple functions of the basic parts of the digestive system in humans
- identify the different types of teeth in humans and their simple functions
- construct and interpret a variety of food chains, identifying producers, predators and prey
We will be using the book 'The journey' by Francesca Sanna as our vehical for writing this half term. We will be writing a narrative and a dairy.
Our class book is 'No ballet shoes in Syria' by local author Catherine Bruton.
