Our topic is called 'Why do we like being by the seaside?'

This is a Geography topic and we will be following our scheme of work called

'Connected Geography'.

We will be learning:

Locational knowledge

·     Name and locate the world’s five oceans.

Human and physical geography

·     Use basic geographical vocabulary to refer to key physical and human features.

Geographical skills and fieldwork

·     Use world maps, atlases and globes to identify the United Kingdom and its countries 

·     Use simple fieldwork and observational skills to study key human and physical features of environments.
