VOLCANOES
As Geographers we will be investigating the following questions:
- What is a volcano?
- Where are the world's most well-known volcanoes located?
- What makes a volcano erupt?
- What are the physical features of a volcano?
- What are tectonic plates and what is the 'ring of fire'?
- What is life like in volcanic areas?
- What are the similarities and differences between a volcanic area and a non-volcanic area?

This term our writing will be based on the book 'Jemmy Button' by Jennifer Uman & Valerio Vidali. We will be writing a return narrative and a letter.
Maths
This half term we will be covering addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
